Service Level Agreement

Last updated: August 16, 2026

This Service Level Agreement ("SLA") applies to customers on a paid plan and forms part of the Terms of Use. It describes our uptime commitment for the Fluxnoma application and the service credits available if we miss it.

1. Uptime commitment

We target monthly uptime of 99.9% for the core application, measured as the percentage of minutes in a calendar month that the dashboard and API are available, excluding the exclusions below.

2. Exclusions

The commitment does not cover downtime caused by: scheduled maintenance announced in advance; factors outside our reasonable control, including internet and provider outages; third-party data or sending providers you connect; your own configuration, integrations, or misuse; or suspension for breach of the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Scheduled maintenance

We aim to perform maintenance during low-traffic windows and to give notice in the product or by email where downtime is expected.

4. Service credits

If monthly uptime falls below the target, you may request a service credit against a future invoice: 10% of that month's subscription fee for uptime between 99.0% and 99.9%, and 25% for uptime below 99.0%. Service credits are the sole and exclusive remedy for missed uptime.

5. Claiming a credit

Submit a claim to support@fluxnoma.io within 30 days of the affected month, including the dates and times of the incident. Credits apply to subscription fees only, not to credit purchases, and do not carry a cash value.

6. Agent scheduling

Agents run on scheduled jobs. A run delayed by an incident is resumed or retried; the uptime commitment covers application availability rather than the exact timing of a scheduled run.
