Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets the rules for using Fluxnoma responsibly. It applies to everyone in your workspace and forms part of the Terms of Use. Because the platform sends outreach and processes contact data, following these rules protects your deliverability, other customers, and the people your campaigns reach.

1. Outreach compliance

You may only use outbound features in line with the anti-spam and marketing laws that apply to you and your recipients, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, ePrivacy and PECR, and the equivalents in other regions. Every message must identify the sender truthfully, describe its subject honestly, and offer a working way to opt out. You must honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly across the platform.

2. Lawful basis and targeting

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact each prospect, such as legitimate interest or consent. Target business contacts in a business context. Do not use the platform to build profiles of private individuals, to target consumers where you lack a lawful basis, or to reach people or organizations who have asked not to be contacted.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

Do not use Fluxnoma to send deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading messages, to harass, threaten, or defame anyone, to distribute malware or phishing, or to promote illegal goods, hate, or violence. Do not impersonate another person or company, and do not make claims in your messaging that you cannot support.

4. Data sources and scraping

Only connect data sources and accounts you are authorized to use, and respect the terms of any third-party platform your campaigns touch. Do not use the platform to collect special categories of personal data or data about minors, and do not attempt to re-identify company signals as private individuals.

5. Deliverability and volume

Sending infrastructure is shared discipline. Do not send at volumes or patterns designed to evade spam filters, do not use purchased or unverified lists that damage sender reputation, and keep bounce and complaint rates within accepted thresholds. We may throttle or pause sending that threatens deliverability for you or others.

6. Platform integrity

Do not probe, scan, or overload the service, circumvent usage metering or access controls, share credentials, or resell the service without authorization. Automated access must go through features we provide, within the limits we set.

7. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may throttle, suspend, or terminate a workspace that breaches this policy or endangers other customers, with notice where practicable and immediately where the risk is serious. Repeated or severe violations may end your account.
