1. Who we are

Fluxnoma ("we", "us") provides a marketing and lead-generation platform that runs automated agents on behalf of your workspace. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

2. Data we collect from you

Account data: your name, work email, company name, and a hashed password when you create a workspace. Billing data: credit purchases and an itemized ledger of platform usage. Content you provide: your ideal-customer descriptions, offering details, connected data sources, and campaign settings.

3. Data the platform processes on your behalf

When your agents run, the platform processes business-contact information about prospects (names, job titles, company details, business email addresses and phone numbers), buying signals from public sources, and companies identified as visitors to your website. You are the controller of this data; we process it under your instructions to operate the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact prospects in your jurisdictions (for example legitimate interest or consent under GDPR, and compliance with CAN-SPAM, PECR, and similar laws).

4. Website visitor identification

Our first-party tracking records the pages visited on your marketing site together with the visitor's IP address, which we attempt to resolve to a company (not an individual). We do not use this data to build profiles of private individuals. If you deploy Fluxnoma tracking on your own website, you must disclose it in your own privacy notice and honor applicable consent requirements.

5. How we use data

To operate the service: run your agents, meter credits, bill you, secure accounts, and provide support. To improve the service: aggregate, de-identified usage statistics. We use AI models to make judgment calls (qualification, drafting, analysis); model inputs are limited to the data needed for the call and are not used by us to train models.

6. Sharing

We share data with the subprocessors needed to run the platform: cloud hosting, the database, AI model providers, email-delivery and enrichment providers you choose to enable, and payment processing. Each processes data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell personal data.

7. Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your workspace is active. Prospect and pipeline data is kept until you delete it or close your workspace, after which it is removed from production systems within 30 days. You can request export or deletion at any time.

8. Security

Passwords are stored hashed, transport is encrypted, access is scoped per workspace, and credentials for connected services are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict processing. Prospects who appear in a workspace's pipeline may contact us to have their business-contact data removed across the platform. Write to privacy@fluxnoma.io.

We will post any changes here and update the date above. Material changes will be announced in the product before they take effect.
